I was reading how this sector that is related to REIT for MMJ is recession proof. The growers want to have access to funding in order to expand their business model, so what II*PR or Douglas Disanti do in these kind of situations, they buy the buy the building from the growers for cash and then lease it back to them, fantastic move by II*PR, by trade I use to be Real Estate Appraiser, I know that is brilliant move, if Douglas Disanti takes that idea and runs with it, he will be very, very successful and so will the shareholders of UNRG. II*PR hedges they buy the property in some cases from the growers fund them help them find another location for expansion and leases the same property that they bought it from them and at the same time help them find another location, it's a win, win for everyone, the growers, II*PR and shareholders, dude I hope Disanti has the same plans, if he follows the same model, there will be no going wrong, the stock will stable it works against down market and up market even better.


This is win, win, situation any way you look at it, Friday we should be well above a dollar, if not Friday Monday is given, after the filings hit, lord only knows what happens and how far it goes up. But I am certain that we are here at the right and the right place and we are heading into much higher grounds and that is the promise land.
