Correct. It doesn't seem to make sence for NWBO to call investors in prep for a PR. PRs are normally released to the media in general and perhaps sent to individual investors with emails on file...but for NWBO to spend the time/resources to call individual investors to seek contact info, seems like they are preparing for some kind of vote in the not so distant future.

Just my 2 cents...
