Most investors aren't willing to put ALL the pieces together...nor do they have the time...especially since it isn't even their job. Transparency is always key and for whatever reason, Sonny chooses to keep people guessing. I disagree with you about quarterly cc's not being a big deal. They are! It shows investors and potential investors the guy has a plan and knows how to run a company...and cares enough to share it openly. If I were you guys, I'd be flooding his lines with calls and emails telling him he has a fiduciary responsibility towards you all; you're not just fundraisers.
