He collects bonuses for milestones on product development or business development and not very big of bonuses at that.

No conference calls isnt a big deal as you can read the quarterly fillings to see what's going on. However what is annoying is their lack of clear business plan and estimated timeframes. Yes I can glean what the plan is but would be nice to have some confirmation.
