HSGX r/s 60 to 1 to OCGN down 75% - maybe presplit shares being sold in error. Its not a big one like the 10,000 for one screups of many moons ago like GLKCE and the OTC eliminated a lot of that by using the D as the 5th letter when a stock r/s/

unless the PP issued a pile of shares not yet fully filed at the SEC then this may be a screwup - Im only looking for a double LOL
