We don't need one, since at some point, the fundamentals are compelling and sellers don't want to give away their shares.

Once again, our pps is about where we were before the Ericy settlement, which seems overdone to me, but the trading in this stock has never ceased to amaze me. Certainly, our fundamentals have improved significantly since pre-Ericy settlement, considering cash flow, new licensees, Tantivy acquisition, 3g rollout, wireless industry sales, etc. wouldn't you agree?

Management has been whipped by shareholders (at the ASM), Nok, and even analysts. I like that they are playing hardball with NOK and Samsung.

I have other stocks in my portfolio, but when I ask myself which one I think will be up the most in a year, my answer is IDCC.
