Moran is out. That's the entire point here.


Moran may be gone, but the wreckage he left behind still needs to be cleaned up, and shareholders still have no idea how bad the wreck actually is.

DEWM is way behind on its filings due to former CEO Moran.

It also had money on its books that was illegally obtained through Moran's Medworx fraud. The amounts are shown in the iBox.

A new CEO and BOD have been brought in to clean up the wreck, but until they file reports, shareholders won't know what he/they have found or will find in the next few weeks.
