Is LWLG perhaps going to make/making their own optical engine PIC's without partnering? it is interesting that in a recent presentation Dr Lebby had revealed that LWLG was establishing its "chips per quarter" capabilities in-house, the patents sure seem to support to combining all of the necessary components
