This could actually be really good

If there is a proper plan in place. They currently have problem with market cap, daily trade volume, and share price, all referring to the time post split. If there is an acquisition or merger of some sort to make the company a viable NASDAQ stock this could work out great. The problem I have is that for the last year they have accomplished a lot administratively but seemingly little to the bottom line. I can tell you one thing a 1:2 reverse is really conservative an I appreciate it.
