I mean there's still the vague possibility of a run yes? those 25 million shares are just outstanding shares right? they don't go into the float until whoever has them dumps them.

So I figure it's in their best interest to get to bid up a bit before dumping them and profiting. I mean they're not gonna dump 75 cent shares into a 30 cent bid. so..here's hoping for even a small run to a few dollars
