The agreement is only for......., pursuant to which the Company acquired (i) NAL’s data, analysis and reports related to lithium extraction from oilfield brines....OILFIELD BRINES!The other patents belong to Burba and IBAT has not made an agreement to purchase it.I think the money paid for the rights(patent) of he oilfield extraction process.Again,that's assuming the patent rights are included.
