According to OTC markets, he is still CEO.

Unreleased news from a cheap website does not mention a CEO, so we have to figure it is still Paul.

It does mention that the only asset they have is gone...

"In further news, the Company is no longer working to gain FDA approval for the migraine medicine mentioned in previous shareholder reports. “The costs and roadblocks we were facing to get FDA approval no longer makes fiscal sense,” says Mr. Friedman. “We’ve returned all patents and corollary information to the physician who developed the formulation, and MultiCorp will no longer have any interest in the medication’s ongoing product development.”


So based on limited information from the company as usual, Paul is still CEO and this is just a Shell...
