They explained that:
"Since VBF Brands was operating as a Nonprofit until December 21, 2017, the Company determined that it cannot book any revenue from the activities associated while it operated as collective under the Compassionate Use Act and as a non-profit. However, the Company will book the revenue generated by VBF Brands since December 21, 2017."

It may be a goofy explanation but it IS an explanation.

I think it appeared in the previous filing as well.
