Note, it had no details, as to the price, number of shares but OTC was updated a day ago, showing 57 million shares issued and outstanding. That is up by 23 million shares in days!!!!


5700% increase in shares since the last 200:1 R/S in just under a year.

I Hayter to say this, but Ponder seems to need a math class(?), he must have his shareholder value chart upside down?

Must be all the Sand bogging it down?

Increasing shareholder value my ass.

They can't even pump this POS for 60 minutes with a PR anymore. Oh, and MM-MAXM has has been printing shares daily for some time now.

It is also my understanding that folks that invested over a million dollars in the company, are stuck with paper shares the brokers will not take and that they have convertible notes the company has refused to answer one call about, or discuss by phone or email for almost 2 years?

They are talking to lawyers about filling suit, as they seem to be left with no choice. And the SEC has received formal complaints requesting this company be investigated for fraud (possibly criminal fraud) and SEC violations, and miss management.

We will see what happens next.

This sham-stock should have an OTC skull and cross bones on it already.
