If you go to their new website, www.carnegie-development.com/investors/ follow the link, you'll see where they state they are in the process of being listed on the NASDAQ. We all know that's not as easy as it sounds, from start to finish, however, Carnegie is doing all the right things to speed up and make the process easier by purchasing the ESCU shell and not having to go through an IPO which generally takes a minimum of year.

These fells are pretty smart and seem to have all of their ducks in a row, should be a fun ride!!
