Unfortunately for TSMI the SEC Admin. Law Judges rule that "it is too late" after an SEC Suspension for a delinquent company to become compliant to its filing obligations.

100% of all SEC registered stocks that were suspended for Financials delinquencies had their stock registrations revoked.

After the A.L.J. revokes Total Sports Media Inc.'s stock registration(s) the company can file a new FORM 10 to try to reregister with the SEC. That will be Total Sports Media Inc.'s only viable option.
