There is also the possibility that total sports management responded to the SEC's suspension and is doing what is needed to get their filings updated and/or whatever else the SEC would like to see to confirm its not an absent shell.

Certainly more hope with this one over others as they seemed to have been undergoing a RM and management shake up as recently as 6 weeks prior to suspension. Would make some sense that whoever is waking this one up wouldnt just give up?
