Treatment with Yescarta will be available only at specially certified hospitals and clinics, and medical staff will get special training to manage CRS and serious neurological changes. Patients must be told about the possibility of these side effects, and how important it is to go back to the treatment center if they develop."

For me, Yescarta would definitely be a last-resort option.
