This is an absurd point, Huggy.

CareClix literally has SOLI personnel all over their site.

CareClix has been definitively shown to be purchased by SOLI in their latest 10q. There was even the seperation of the CareClix trademarks and software platform from the clients that were originally hosted and now belong to KB.

This isn't debatable any more. Period.

You can debate the value. You can debate SOLI's future. You can debate the role of convertible debt.

You can't debate that SOLI owns the exclusive rights to the CareClix software platform and associated trademarks.

You're better than this.
