$LRDR @.004, chart showing higher lows...back to pennies soon imo as CEO recently announced hold co structure and said will PR businesses. Float c. 100mn. Pink reporting. Ran up to pennies last year on expectations of businesses. Seem we are set to rebound at least to the .03~.04 range, considering upcoming PRs, float and technicals.
