Coca Cola buying 100% of Aurora for $3/Share is nothing to be hopeful about.

If Coca Cola buys all of Aurora and takes it private - then I guess we won't have anything to post about. ACB will be privately held.

The Coca Cola Deal has always been on. Coca Cola was just waiting for the right time to buy ALL OF AURORA.

Cam & Terry were "waiting" to negotiate a deal from strength.

Sorry to say, but that "strength" only happens when the Share Price is up (and not trading at 52 week lows) and you are making money.

Eventually, ACB will take the $3/Share Coca Cola Buy-Out and they will be happy.

Why will Cam & Terry be happy with a Coca Cola Buy-Out?

Answer: At first, it will hurt their already inflated egos. But then they will realize that Coca Cola has enough CASH $$$ to pay their salaries and bonuses - so Cam & Terry will be happy they are getting paid on time.
