Its the entire management team. Total incompetence. The revenue producing assets are mismanaged and are discarded rather than making adjustments to make them produce properly. Why would another company purchase these same assets if they were bad assets? They could have been made profitable but not with this management team. They had to turn these assets into cash just to keep the doors open and keep the revenue flowing to their management team. When you start a new venture you can escape criticism in the short run but that only lasts for awhile. 3rd Qt will result in the usual loss but 4th Qt will be a total disaster. Converting shareholder assets into non producing assets is the worst case scenario for investors. Running a business is about producing earnings. Share price reflects what investors will pay or not pay as they evaluate those earning reports. To just focus on pumping up share price to placate shareholders is a real is troubling! All of the hard earned investor money should be hard at work producing revenue so at some point maybe there could be a profit. Hasn't ever happened here and never will with this team! USA Cannabis company will not make a profit in the next 5-7 years. Why? The United States Senate will not legalize pot or change any of the banking laws. What the House proposes is not important since it needs the Senate to also pass the acts. Trump will win easily and Mitch McConnel will pick up seats and the House goes back to the Republicans.
