Between now and Dec a R/S will occur to pay off the debt described . IMHO

I am no CPA or lawyer.........but

They will sit down a'nd IMHO look at the revenue coming in that can go towards the debt and then estimate a multiplier from there.....

I dont know the total #'s regarding the debt !

I dont know the amount of $$$ available to reduce the debt !


I do know I have never' held a stock thru a R/S ............ but

I might with LIBE once we know what the bill is and how it will effect my share price post split......

I did sell some at .019 and bought some at .0008 today...
