UNRG biggest no brainer on the OTC right now in my book.... With Doug Disante speaking about being a commercial real estate magnate with being Landlords of MMJ operations, thats the sweet spot of them all, I can relate. I have been in commercial real estate for almost 20yrs, he spoke my language, I know there is huge money buying big properties to reto-fit for MMJ at 5x Market Rents, this turns a 2mil Industrial complex into a $10Mil complex with bond and guaranteed 10+ year leases at the 5x previous rates with scheduled increses, this now turns into cash cow for big money investors who have the big money to do whatever they want...
