I cannot understand why everyone tries to dig up the past and live in it. We are in the "now" and looking to the "future." If you are too lazy to read the very well documented and written 8K, OR if you read it and just don't understand most of it, just buy some shares and hold on past the day traders and the shorters. Live in the present - don't get dragged into the 'past" by people with hidden (and not so hidden) agendas. Know what you bought and make your own decisions. I think this is one to make some short term money on, AND one to leave some shares on the side for the long term. Just my thoughts.....
