I scanned the nerve injury paper again and came to the same conclusion I did the first time. It’s over my head.

I’m glad to be able to bring it to more dedicated trained minds that it might help Anavex in some way.

These cell interactions do seem to have some relationship with inflammation and the pain aspect might be a sort of alarm bell for the rat or maybe person. The S-1r being a regulator for the schwann cells is encouraging for 2-73 but finding some way to increase the S-1’s could also be of benefit in older folks who might not have as many for whatever reason. It would be great to find a way to simulate the stimulation of the process without involving pain. Kind of signaling, "message received" while cancelling the alarm. (Sure Pete great idea, how ya gonna do that?)
