I would really hope NY has never been on IHUB. However, I wouldn't doubt that someone at VEND monitors this board and is in his ear about the posts.

NY has much more important things to do than be on here. Like, collaborating with legal counsel on the best defense for all of the lawsuits coming their way. How to handle past due vendors, especially FLEX. What to say and not say to all of those former franchisees still due refunds. And let's not forget those poor employees. Can you image how low the morale must be there? They aren't stupid, and they probably talk like every workplace does.

For the last few remaining cheerleaders left on this board...the jig is up. VEND as you knew it most likely doesn't exist any longer, and is a shell of what it was or could be in the foreseeable future. Certainly don't take my word for it. Look at what VEND has done recently. Cut 40% of the payroll. Retained banking specialists in highly distressed or bankrupt companies. Significantly dialed back the forecasted sales for FYE 2020 sales. They don't even have a company right now to make the machines and are trying to figure out how to finance all of this. There are options, but none that any of you would be happy with. I'm just being real with you. Which is a lot more than VEND has been with you.
