Exactly! My interpretation of my research is that the study was fully enrolled some time after Oct 2018 and Fully enrolled by EOY. Remember that many of those enrolled had the 9 month interim already performed and these analysis are relatively quick compared to much of the Reduce-It data with its many layers.

My guess is that the final enrollee's had their 9month interim in early Sept and data interpreted quickly. Budoff put in a request for late breaking status under embargo as soon as interim results seen by him. Just my thoughts. Here is some comments from I believe Mellow on Aug 7th from his communication with him:
