MAJOR LACK OF TRANSPARENCY TO SHAREHOLDERS

It’s unfortunate that Matthew Dwyer and Derrick Lefcoe are tied to this company. They have destroyed other OTC company’s in the past. They negotiate financing agreements with very unfavorable terms to the shareholders and to the well being of the company. They are the ones behind this promotions.

If you can prove me wrong I will gladly bow out but the company isn’t reporting financials nor are they updating the share structure for nearly 2.5 months now. What does that suggest to you?

Full disclosure I have seen what Derrick and Matt can do to stocks in order to unload and its not something you want to get involved with. Know when to get out on the pumps.
