I am okay with it, because any economic damages will have to be "booked" by the 13 and this will put pressure on them and make it more costly for them to borrow, if it does not throw them into default on debt covenants. Then, it gets doubled by those having to indemnify and the 13 have to file suits against COMM and CSCO, and that will make some headlines, driving the COMM PPS down. Just bring on the jury trial!

As far as I am concerned, we can play this game all day long...
