Another thing relative to the DMC - Early on the company stated the DMC had only provided safety data. Then on a crusade all his own AF went public that the DMC gave efficacy data to NWBO. And he stated that because NWBO had efficacy data that management was hiding it from shareholders. It took the head of the DMC to publicly come out and state that they had not given efficacy data to the management of NWBO.

That was one of AF’s attempts to drive the stock lower. If you went to court against TheStreet.com at the time so believe they could have made a good case for malicious intent. Instead the company did nothing and finally got taken down by other attempt. Bad move on the part of management.

To date I do not know what more the investing public knows has come out of the DMC.
