Shazam - Great questions.

I can say that the only reason I’m invested in LWLG is because of Dr Lebby. I sat on the sidelines for three years wondering why they didn’t get a technically qualified person on board.

Reagarding a buyout: Inversor86 had a post a while ago where he put forward a number. My thinking is more along those lines.

While I would like to see a buyout north of $20, I think anything above $10 without revenues is unrealistic. But you know what they say about opinions... ;)

I can’t emphasize this enough, we need results of testing data. For a small company, it’s valuation is extremely dependent on how well the devices are performing under environmental testing to simulate operational life of devices. It’s the $640M question. IMO, that’s material information.

The reliance on LPC has hamstrung the co in many ways:

1. Negative bias to the share price. LWLG is under constant selling pressure by the continued drip-drip of LPC selling.

2. Stigma of being affiliated with funding sources of last resort. Co’s that have to stoop to funding from LPC ilk receive zero credibility from all corners, whether financial or technical.

3. LWLG is funding the company on the backs of unsophisticated shareholders who don’t have the resources to properly vet the company. Something intrinsically wrong with that scenario.

Please don’t take my comments as negatives. I have acquired a bunch of shares of LWLG because I believe in the tech, Dr Lebby and the technical team. They have a lot of baggage in offices that they should jettison, but don’t have the political clout to make it happen.
