I disagree. And I'm not bashing. I believe there is not enough liquidity here. If we are not selling and an APO is going to happen with pipe financing where are the shares coming from that will get sold for $1?

Market Makers know better than to sell shares they dont have. I believe the default 5-10k blocks continue to trade between market makers keeping the price right here so they can continue to accumulate shares for their clients.

The price will only jump when the supporting documentation regarding PIPE financing is applied. The price will correct at that time.
