Re-read the APO process. I believe they can issue restricted shares and set the price. Less shares higher price. 80 % of 200,000,000 is 160m I think they are very close to completing the APO. Since the current OS is less the 200m.

When they issue the shares to the pipe investors they set the price much higher per share with less shares. Maybe sending it to $5 instead of $3 IMO to keep us above the $3 minimum for 30 days in case we dump 10% of our shares.

However when the APO closes, if we hang on tight to our shares this could jump to the $15 depending on cash on hand, assets, and demand as global investors want in.
