Nothings going to happen, they're not going to pay until they absolutely have to. No different than my neighbor that had his water shut off, he had multiple chances to pay ahead of time but put it off till he had to pay or go without water. Same with people getting foreclosure notices on homes or repo notices on vehicles, they don't pay till the last possible minute while using the asset the entire time. I know, in terms of money involved these are apples and oranges comparisons but no different in the least.
