I think Amarin should tell the FDA to kiss off, then go nuclear via the DS route. By dominating this volume market, earnings would quickly explode higher. They have the proof of efficacy and docs are aware. V would become the most widely taken supplement in history and Amarin's earnings/stock price would go through the roof (especially if they corner supply).
