Go to your Ameritrade account.

Download think or swim if you have not already.

In your Ameritrade acct. (Not Think or Swim) Scroll over the link that says
"My profile" and click on subscriptions. Subscribe to Level 2 quotes and streaming news. They're free.

Now when you open think or swim on the right hand side of the screen you can click the tabs that offer you Level 2 and news.
