Cupo, The FDA have been concerned over the gaming the system to cause delays in NDAs and PDUFAs and talked and written about it many times in the past. It's something they are and have been very familiar with.. I truly hope they put an end to it ASAP. Most CP's are submitted by one pharmaceutical company against the other for the sole purpose of delaying generics. It would be no surprise to me to see DS industry or other BP using a sham individual or entity to disguise the source of the petitioner. IMO
