Problem is if they wait til briefing Docs and MO is one of the concerns, AMRN takes a probable big hit in PPS. He sells out his position and makes a killing regardless of how ADCOM comes out.
Hopefully today’s release from the FDA is a public showing that they know the petition is bogus and it is dismissed ASAP.
There is no way anyone can convince me that the FDA’s released stance on Citizen’s Petitions doesn’t have anything to do with AMRN.
