The companies new core business focus will be in the electric vehicle industry moving forward.

Filings are pending approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission and FINRA to officially change the name of the Company.

Considering the current PPS, next week, moving forward, we should see bounce in share price IMO. I bought a small position yesterday and will continue to gradually increase my position in the current trading channel.
