Naive questions here:

1. Is there a specific date that 2018 and/or 2019 financials need to be filed by? I seem to recall that Sep 30th is a significant date.. anyone care to explain?

2. If Sep 30th is a significant date regarding the submission of financials, then what happens if we miss that date?
