Here's the Apple patent on BMG coating

It was filed on 09/2016 (CIP cookie jar closed on 02/2016)

Since LQMT cannot challenge Apple on this BMG coating patent, one would think they cannot challenge Kang's BMG coating patent either.

Kang knew that but he went too far to leverage LiquidMetal Mark generically (while he only owns on coating application).

This is not a simple lawsuit once fruit company can be dragged in.



Question for legal expert here.

How does one differentiate a fusion plate that is formed by overmolding vs coating?
