I had 4.5 million shares of LIBE at 0.0001 per share average when this deal closed.

I sold 500,000 shares at 0.0013 today, have recovered original buy in plus $160 profit. Plus I still have 4 million shares free and clear.

Conway was the issue, not the stock symbol. When it looked probable that Conway would be out, and a RM was imminent it was time to buy in with at least a small buy.

Conway is OUT. Soon the stock symbol and name will change. LIBE as it was is dead and gone. And that is a very good thing.
