The fact of the matter is that management did not have to come to any agreement with the SEC. The fact that they did and are not allowing this stock to go to the grey market speaks volumes. If they wanted to continue to "SCAM" people out of their money they should have just shut their mouths and let this go to the grey sheets. I think the bang bus fluffer's son is here.
