This is step 1. Know we wait for form 10 and 211 will follow with finalize merger. This to me will be a concurrent closing everything submitted at once...

The reality is that many were left wanting to get in on on the major crash once LAHO was supposed to open on Friday.

The reality is that shorts are screwed deep and hard and grey market crash flippers got their bum hurt because they didn't get the chance to flip.

If you read the last PR they explain what they are doing and it all starts with what happened today.IMO most would have lost 90% on the GRAYS now no grays and we can get the merger done they have to file a bunch of paper work the get back on the market

Dude I am in the same boat as you I have E-Trade as well and show I have -100% lol. I do not think they would just take our shares. But because the ticker is gone it would have to show -100% but once everything is up and going should show up again. I hope so lol

Tony this is how I see it .Benito is not going to hurt his circle that is clearly deeply invested in LAHO and has deep pockets .The suspension got everybody stuck and if this went to GRAYS 90% loss for most including Benito`s circle .Now we wait no lose for us we can not sell .They do the deal have Audited fins for both and back on the market bigger and better with a much higher pps.ALL IMO
