That's not a Part D plan, it's a Medicare Advantage plan, and you have to see docs who are members of the Kaiser network, else your costs are much higher, and use Kaiser affiliated pharmacies** - and Advantage plans have higher premiums that straight Part D plans, in some cases way higher - I have looked at some in the past where premiums were ~ $70/mo more than regular Part D plans, not worth it because only my PCP takes Medicare and I rarely see him - my copay on regular Medicare is less than $70. But yeah, for those Advantage plans Kaiser does have V on T4 - it's their Part D only plans that don't cover it.

*** Rite Aid and CVS are part of the Kaiser network, sort of - my local CVS is not on their list of member pharmacies, and there appears to be a lot of CVS pharmacies not included (CVS dominates in MD) - I don't know how that's possible, but them's the facts. And the family owned non-chain pharmacy where I get one of my Rx meds isn't on the list either. Kaiser doesn't have the best rep around here because they have so many restrictions.
