Lack of discussion by NWBO regarding who now manufactures DCVax-L for them.

Now thinking back:

Remember a few passing comments.

LP stating something about BP catching up on ability to manufacture this type of technology.

Dr. Bosch suggesting manufacture of current L much more straight forward then Direct.

DI mentioning only signed announced contract with Cognate on Direct manufacture.

and yet Cognate taking the unusual step of recently stating it prepared for commercial pre-approval inspection on a therapy completing phase III pivotal.

Doc Logic always arguing Direct can't have a BO price placed on it right now....only L can.

Me, saying quite some time ago, it feels like a BP has been pulling the strings on limited communication.

Dave suggesting I call Cognate if I'm interested in whether they still manufacture L for NWBO.

Ex raising the question, why couldn't NWBO at least confirm who manufactures L for them?

All other past disputes with Cognate resolved, minor two million payment to Cognate on past disputes still required.


Anyone else starting to think what I'm starting to wonder?

Should I be asking Merck when topline will occur?
