this resonates with my feeling, nothing is new, the problem isn't new, nothing is actually different...

it works but it's not consistent or reliable, it works for a second effectively, so technically it works, but they do not have a viable product or service?

i'm struggling to get my head around it and that annoys me as we should be so informed that reading between the lines or seeking to uncover the lies is not a consideration
