So if they tested samples prior to installing this, why didn't they forsee any of these issues? Or maybe since maybe because oil changes dynamically in a line these sample tests if they actually do them, mean nothing because they would be testing oil that may not be in the line anymore. But let's get real.. different oils are not going to be so different that all wouldn't show similar characteristics.

Seems every test they've actually gotten to do shows the same impedence issues... And they have never gotten by this. You think it didn't show up back at the prci testing? That's why Kyte pulled it off so fast to go to testing on a live line where he could get the stock to jump. They had 4 MORE YEARS on the prci lease and they walked... They walked from being able to refine and test before making fools of themselves. What does that say? It says kyte did that for a reason that was not in qsep or shareholders best interests.
