SK, Many times takeout bids end up being far higher than analyst
price targets. If AMRN receives any bid worthy of consideration
they can always use Goldman Sachs or JP Morgan in some way. If the
generic producer settle, BP would be able to justify a higher bid.
Barring some unlikely event the expanded label should be known by
year end. If AMRN were to hit $25-$30 that could be used by BP
to do a $50-$60 or higher bid. Time will tell. I still wonder
if a potential buyer would want to be involved with the EMA filing.
